Passing of Frank Pamper

Frank Pamper passed away this morning at Brookdale Assisted Living. He was found to be unresponsive around 6 a.m., paramedics were called and tried to revive him (against his DNR wishes). The police called his brother, George, out in LA. The decision has not been made whether the medical examiner wanted to see the body or if a local funeral home would take over.

Frank's wishes were to be immediately cremated, no wake, no memorial service, no church service. George is going to fly into Chicago to take care of financial issues and the cleaning out Frank's studio apartment.

Joan Pamper had indicated that for anyone asking 'what do we do?' that a donation to the American Cancer or American Heart Associations would be the best.

Joann also said "Thank you for your continued friendship and support of my family over the years."
